EFC Africa 16 will take place at Johannesburg’s Carnival City Big Top Arena on October 19 and not Cape Town as originally slated.
However, EFC Africa will return to Cape Town again soon, as well as other cities in South Africa and then into other African countries in 2013. Two title fights have already been confirmed, EFC Africa heavyweight champion Ruan Potts will attempt to defend his title against Bernardo Mikixi, while welterweight champion Jadyson Costa will face Michiel Opperman.
In the meantime, don’t miss EFC Africa 15, presented by MusclePharm, on July 27. Tickets for the live event are on sale at Computicket and tickets for the live broadcast at Nu Metro Cinemas are available at Nu Metro. The three main card bouts will be broadcast live across Africa on e.tv, starting at 22:40 CAT.
