With the creation of the Flying Hovercraft, manufacturers Hammacher Schlemmer have clearly illustrated their futuristic way of thinking.

The Flying Hovercraft is fuelled by a gasoline engine, as well as a composite thrust propeller and two nine gallon tanks. It flies over land and water, gaining an altitude of up 20 feet and a top speed of 70mph. Its 130-hp twin-cylinder, engine is turbocharged and fuel-injected for that added vooma.

The vehicle features a lightweight fibreglass and PVC hull that enables it to ward off aggressive winds. The Flying Hovercraft can effortlessly manoeuvre out of the way from obstructions and is controlled with a joystick. As suspected, it will cost you an arm and a leg – an arm and a leg that costs $190 000.
