You eat it with a gold spoon and when you get to the bottom, there is an 18 karat gold bracelet with 1 carat of diamonds.

Filipino chef, Angelito Araneta Jr has created the world’s most expensive sushi as certified by the Guinness book of Records, and it costs $1 978. He even places a 0.25 carat diamond on top of the sushi. The dish consists of five pieces all wrapped in a 24-karat gold leaf with three Mikimoto pearls and a diamond.
