Filipino chef, Angelito Araneta Jr has created the world’s most expensive sushi as certified by the Guinness book of Records, and it costs $1 978. He even places a 0.25 carat diamond on top of the sushi. The dish consists of five pieces all wrapped in a 24-karat gold leaf with three Mikimoto pearls and a diamond.
Densuke Black Watermelon
It looks similar to a bowling ball and it’s exported from Japan on the island of Hokkaido. Only 10 000 of this glorious fruit are produced each year. You will pay up to a cool $6 100 for just one melon, shockingly.
