Mondays can be a bit of a drag with having to get back to the grind after the weekend but today is a Monday like no other. It brings us salvation in the form of a torrent of awesomeness. For times like these, this is a call, so grab your monkey wrench and head down in the park because, the rumours have turned out to be true – Foo Fighters are coming to South Africa!
5FM tweeted the news and Big Concerts announced it on Facebook this morning. For now that is all the related information that has been made available to the public but more details are expected to be released this afternoon.
There are few things that compare to the magnitude of seeing a herculean rock band like Foo Fighters blow the roof off. The thought of watching them perform tracks like everlong, my hero, learn to fly and so on… is nothing short of mind-blowing.
