The Bot River Wine Route will once again be host to the popular Barrels & Beards Harvest Celebration on Saturday 21 April. Indulge in the hospitality, wines and food of the heart of the Overberg.
Enjoy home grown feasts ranging from a Luddite pig on a spit, artisan breads by Beaumont Estate, Anysbos goat’s cheese and a wide variety of traditional side dishes. In addition to Bot River Wines, visitors can look forward to wines from Gabriëlskloof, Boutros, Barton, Maremmana, Goedvertrouw, Wildekrans, Beaumont, Eerste Hoop, Feiteiras, Rivendell and Luddite.
The Bot River Barrels & Beards Harvest Celebration takes place at The Old Shed at Anysbos Farm on the Swartrivier Road, Bot River and starts at 5pm.
Tickets are R150 per person and includes a complimentary tasting of the latest wines; a souvenir wine glass, and the dinner.
