With an immodest width of 1.94m and 4.94m length, Citroen’s Numéro 9 DS Luxury Concept is not exactly a small car.
According to Citroen, in terms of styling, the concept gives us a taste of things to come regarding the next three DS line models: a premium sedan, an SUV and an executive saloon. 0 to 62mph in 5.4second is a signifier that sluggish is not the kind of adjective you would assign to the Numéro 9 DS.
It packs some solid power, yielding 295HP and can cover a kilometre in 25,3 seconds from a standing-start. It has a 1.6 turbo charged engine and an electric motor. If traction becomes an issue it switches to four wheel drive.
