This incredible watch is the Mutewatch; a watch that is more of a time management tool than a timepiece. Featuring a vibrating alarm and timer functions and a hidden touchscreen it’s a silent reminder that lets only you know when you need to do a set of tasks or achieve a goal and only 24 hours a day to do so.
The company, also called Mutewatch, is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and they are at the centre of a growing international network that includes people from the film, design, fashion and music industries that aim to develop products that give people the tools they need to manage their time more effectively.
Designed to be simple and intuitive you simply tap the flat surface and the touch screen lights up, you then can swipe through the functions clock, alarm and timer and set the time for your alarms by tapping directly on the digits (tapping the top of the digit for a higher number or the bottom of the digit for a lower number). To erase an alarm you simply pinch the touch screen. The watch also features a built-in motion sensor that registers your movement and automatically adjusts the strength of the vibrations, always insuring you know when an alarm goes off.
