The long awaited Amazon Kindle Fire tablet is expected to hit production before the end of 2011, with some speculating that it will be available in time for the holiday season. With a price tag of only USD $199, it’s incredible competitive and it makes this Android-based tablet very worthwhile.
A larger version of the Kindle tablet was predicted to be released in 2012, but it’s said that Amazon has decided to push ahead with the smaller version produced by Foxconn.
The Kindle Fire features a great seven inch touch screen, simple functionality, a fast dual-core processor, various Apps (although much less compared to an iPad), fast web browsing with Amazon Silk, free cloud storage, a durable display, and a whole lot more.
