Not all exercise is good for people and in some cases incorrect training can cause permanent damage to ligaments and joints; this is especially true when people train with weights. UFO is mainly group based, although you can get woman only training sessions and private sessions for individuals, couples or a few friends. The sessions all have one thing in common; they aim to help you tone muscle, lose weight, get strong and more importantly have fun while you do it.
Every session is unique and your entire body will be worked from head to toe. The qualified fitness professionals will take you through various exercises focusing on different muscle groups including your core muscles. Resistance is provided by your fellow trainees who have been grouped according to their fitness and strength; if you have not run in 10 years you will find yourself with people who have not either.
