The Mood Rocking Bed is the creative brainchild of Joe Marnus, founder of Sherinternational. While Manus started his furniture making career in high-end nightspots, he’s certainly doing a great job now of designing quirky rocking beds.
Looking at the curved carbon steel frame combined with a mix of pine, oak, walnut and mahogany, the Mood Rocking Bed is not only a striking design piece, apparently it’s a super-comfy slumber spot, too. The beds are designed for indoor or outdoor use (for those balmy summer nights) and if you’ve had enough of being rocked to sleep, the sleeper comes fitted with rubber stops.
At around $3 000 the Mood Rocking Bed will cost you a few bob, but something tells us you won’t be losing any sleep over it.
