Each surfboard is hand cut and then sanded. The board is then coated with two coats of a rich walnut stain. Once the boards are stained they are then painted with two to three coats of paint and then gently distressed to achieve a slightly weathered look. Each board has three coats of polyurethane for enhancement and protection. Finally, an old fashioned oil rubbed bronze bottle opener is attached to the top of the board.
