If you love cooking, or have a thing for stylish kitchen appliances, then the Deglon Meeting Knifes Set should be on your wishlist.
Apart from being extremely stylish and that it could pass for a work of art, each one of the four Deglon Meeting knives are scientifically designed for maximum performance.
The brains behind the set, Belgian industrial designer Mia Schmallenbach used the Fibonacci sequence when she created the filleting knife, carving knife, chef’s knife and paring knife. It’s all very scientific and complicated, but it basically means that Schmallenbach designed each stainless steel knife using the average width of the human hand as a base variable. In short, ergonomically, this makes a lot of sense.
It is, however going to cost you a pretty penny with the average price of one set ranging from around R7 000. It is available from Amazon.
