At Haiku you can expect exotic Asian cuisine, really amazing Chinese dim sum (some of the best), wok and barbeque, and Japanese robata grills and sushi, served tapas-style. The idea at this venue is to share your meals amongst your group or table and a recommendation is to even let the waiters suggest something for you. The sushi is great, especially the salmon roses, the service is variable, at times, but having four kitchens means that dishes arrive when they are ready and you will be very happy with the great sushi.

Beluga is famous in Cape Town and has served some of the rich and famous that have travel to Cape Town. It has received a couple of great awards and the sushi is amazing with a custom “Haung Sushi” menu where more exotic sushi can be tasted – you have to try the tuna crunch rolls. The best part of Beluga is their half-price sushi between 1pm and 7pm, which attracts many people and the vibe is always great here. Best part is that cocktails are also half price at the same time, so expect to stay a while.
