Just the other day we were talking about the Old Mutual Day Encounters concert and all the amazing bands/ groups playing in Cape Town and Johannesburg during May. However it seems as if this has been confused with the Old Mutual Encounters Concerts that happens once a month.
There is not much difference between the two concerts, with the only real variation being that the Old Mutual Day Encounters party will happen in Cape Town as well, and then with the Old Mutual Encounters Concerts happening every month, the events are still the same open-air concerts that have some of the country’s best performers entertaining you and your friends for an entire day.

The next concert is happening next week, on the 2nd of May 2010, and the line up is no different with Flash Republic, Good Luck and Dean Fuel opening for the amazing Goldfish. Tickets range from R80 – R200 and can be purchased from Web Tickets. Doors open at 12pm with the concert running until 6pm making for a great afternoon in the sun.
