This year, the Indian Polo Association has accepted the South African Polo Association’s invitation to send their national side to participate in the BMW International Polo Series. India have only played in the BMW International Polo Series once previously in 2005, which saw the home side emerging victorious.

The first Test takes place at Shongweni Club, in Hillcrest, Durban on August 19. This will be followed by the second Test, played a week later on August 26, at Waterfall Polo Park in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. Guests are encouraged to bring their families and a picnic basket to enjoy an afternoon of, patriotic support of the South African polo team.

Public tickets for Shongweni and Waterfall are not pre-sold and are only available at the gates on the day, which open at 10am.
